Also known as Japanese Mustard Spinach, it is  quick and easy to grow with dark green leaves imbued with the flavors of mustard and cabbage.

Sow outside from March - September, 1.5cm (0.5”) deep in rows 30cm (12”) apart. Sow seeds in their final growing positions. Keep soil moist.

Thin out to 30cm (12”) apart.

Harvest from April - November

Its juicy and tender leaves may be used in much the same way as spinach - in stir-fries, fresh salads and soups.
