Sow 2.5cm (1”) deep, 10cm (4”) apart in rows 37cm (15”) apart from April to July.
Thin seedlings to 30cm (12”) apart.
Water during prolonged dry periods; mulching will help conserve soil
moisture.
Harvest from July to January, picking separate stems as required. Cloche protection in late Autumn will allow longer cropping.
